Address: 34 Westmoreland St West, Grey Lynn
We came here because we were shopping at Farro Fresh foodstore next door and the gourmet offerings there made us hungry. The aromas from Bread and Butter were too hard to ignore.
Parking was easy in the large carpark.
We walked in and immediately thought what a welcoming haven. The bakery and cafe are one so you can decide whether to choose from the impressive line-up of savoury and sweet baked goods (the cinnamon roll and pain au raisin are highly recommended) or order from the cafe menu.
The most unusual thing on the menu was smashed avocado, poached egg, dukkah and watercress on grilled sourdough ($15.50).
