Actor Bruce Willis has been fined $32,695 for landscaping activities on his remote Idaho property in violation of environmental rules, according to news reports.

The actor allegedly violated regulations designed to protect wetlands by clearing brush off an island on his private lake.

According to Willis lawyer, the actor ordered work to stop as soon as he was notified of the violation.
