Britney Spears has had a rough time lately, what with shaving off her hair, going to rehab and, um, drawing on her forehead.
But that hasn't stopped her from launching her latest product in New Zealand. On Monday at Farmers, the former pop princess will introduce her perfume Midnight Fantasy.
The name sounds like something Britney might have taken at New Year's.
The fragrance comes in a bald blue bottle and is accompanied by a photo of the star in her previous Rapunzel-like form. The scent itself fuses "forbidden richness" and ingredients that "leave a warm and sexy trail of intrigue". Oh, the irony that she did not spend such richness on a decent haircut and instead left a trail of hair out of the salon. The scent also promises that "magic begins at midnight". Really? We thought she'd be in bed by then.
