She posed with a group of models wearing her designs onstage at the New York Public Library.
The line of underwear and sleepwear will hit stores on Tuesday, and items range from US$17 to $79.
Britney said in a statement: "It is so important for women to feel confident, sexy and empowered, especially in those private moments with the one they love. The Intimate Britney Spears will do exactly that.
"Each line in the collection is beautiful with vintage inspired details, and fit for all women. I love feeling sexy, so this is definitely a passion project for me."

While Britney's career is going from strength-to-strength, she is currently nursing heartbreak after splitting from boyfriend David Lucado.
The singer announced on Twitter late last month that she had split from David, whom she started dating in March 2013, after video footage reportedly surfaced of him kissing hardcore porn star Cali Lee.
Britney's father Jamie - who has overseen the singer's personal and professional matters since her breakdown in 2008 - has reportedly banned David from seeing or speaking to her following the alleged infidelity.
Jamie allegedly forked out a 'substantial amount' for the clip of David canoodling with another woman in order to prevent the footage from being leaked publicly.
Britney addressed her very public break-up live onstage during her Piece Of Me show on Sunday.
She told the audience between songs, "Well, by now everyone knows my boyfriend cheated on me. But the best part of breaking up is going on first dates."
