"I don't know how I've paid for the simplest cake with minimal decoration and paid the amount I have just because it's 'The Caker' - this is just unacceptable," the bride-to-be wrote.
"This is the ugliest cake I've seen. I wan a full refund. I expect a reply back."

Rondel revealed on the Facebook post that she had no choice but give the woman a refund.
"I personally loved the look of this cake, which we felt fitted what the customer asked for, and ultimately we would never send out something we weren't happy with ... so I'm completely shook."
People commented on Facebook, backing Rondel for the "beautiful" cake she made.
"That cake is stunningly beautiful, and I'm sure, totally delicious. This is something that helps me when people are nasty and impossible," one person said.
Another wrote: "Wow. It's beautiful? Surely if they are ordering a cake from you, they would be familiar with your style and appreciate it."
