Boy's gutsy note to neighbour requesting wifi password goes viral

We all know the pain that can come with not having the internet, but not as much as this kid.

A gutsy young boy left a note for his neighbour, asking if he could tap into their Wi-Fi.

"Hello dear stranger, would you supply me with your Wi-Fi passcode," he wrote.

"Parent will not let me use any Wi-Fi the whole summer. (she is a asain so yea...)

"Just leave the passcode here and stick this note near your mailbox. Simple!"

The boy signs off "sincerely, person who got dared to do this (money is on the line here)".

He then tries to convince the neighbour to give him the passcode by offering up his coaching skills.

He said he played the video game Hearthstone and would help train the neighbour.

It is unknown whether he got the passcode but after the picture of the note was posted on Imgur, people encouraged him to look at other ways to make money, like mowing lawns.
