The longlist for the Montana New Zealand Book Awards 2003 was announced yesterday by the judges, retired publisher Brian Phillips and multi-published authors Marilyn Waring and Tony Simpson. The shortlist will be announced on June 20 and 22, and winners at a ceremony in Christchurch on July 22.
