Bob Dylan to give free concert

Bob Dylan will give a free concert for peace in Spain on July 11 during the city's jazz festival, playing at the Basque city of San Sebastian.

He has asked that the concert not be turned into a political occasion.

A month ago the Basque separatist group ETA declared a permanent ceasefire.
