The focus of this week's Bite was going to be on foods we should be eating right now to ward off winter ills and moody blues.
But the whole team took the "happy food" theme to be foods they eat that make them happy.
And I am okay with that because I believe that eating a little of what you love does make you happy.
So this week you will not find recipes for meals that are high in the vitamins we need most right now (although we have compiled some high-vitamin D recipes here for those who would like to be scientific about happiness and are lacking in sunshine), rather we have meals that will warm the cockles of your heart and put a smile on the dial.
