What you should do
* Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.
* Wear sunblock.
* The use of earplugs is recommended if you are concerned about long-term hearing loss.
* If you or anyone near you is in distress contact security or St John's immediately.
* An information booth is on site to help you with any queries.
What you can't do
* You will need to show photo ID to get a wristband to buy alcohol, which can be drunk only in designated licensed areas.
* Crowd surfing and stage diving are strictly prohibited and are dangerous to others.
* Disorderly conduct or refusing reasonable security requests will result in expulsion.
* Don't experiment with drugs as large crowds can really freak you out. Drugs are illegal on and off the site. No pass-outs are available.
Transport
Bus: The BDO Bus is a continuous service departing Real Groovy Records in Queen St from 9.15am through 2pm. A return service starts at 9.30pm from Gate B. This service runs until everyone has gone home and runs directly to the St James Theatre in Queen St. Cost: $5 each way.
Train: This year the trains run on the southern, eastern and western lines. The southern service will start from Papakura and run directly to Penrose Station. The western service starts at Waitakere Station.
The eastern service will cover Glen Innes, Meadowbank, Panmure and Orakei. A return service will start at 9.30pm and run both south and west with the last train leaving Penrose at 12.30am.

Parking: Limited parking is available near the stadium. If you take your car you will have to take your chances in the surrounding streets. Some local firms will let you park on their property for a fee. Others will have you towed away if you park on their grounds.
