Serves four
4 large chicken legs, skinless
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp crushed ginger
1 tsp crushed garlic
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp sea salt flakes
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 Pre-heat oven to 175C. Line a roasting dish with foil and spray heavily with oil In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients (except oil) and marinate for 30 minutes
2 Place the chicken in the roasting dish with oil, cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
3 Remove the foil and brown until golden under the grill.
4 Serve with banana, coconut and coriander salad.
