BEST SHORT STORY
With 37 plays performed in just 97 minutes, the Complete Works of Shakespeare (abridged) is not the high-brow literary experience you might expect. Oliver Driver, Jeremy Elwood and Keith Adams put on an action-packed, energetic show, that fluctuates between slapstick physical comedy and spine-tingling drama. Though technically classified as theatre, this show offers more laughs than some of the comedy acts around at the moment.
The Complete Works of Shakespeare (abridged), Maidment Studio, Alfred St, today, 4pm, 8pm, tomorrow, 4pm, tickets from $47 from Ticketek
