First drinks: Came recommended by the barkeep, after we explained previous visits had seen us order poorly. We followed his advice and opted for a Samoan Sunblock and La Savage, both of which were beautifully presented. Flavour-wise they were good, but not quite as exceptional as some of their neighbours' offerings.
The vibe: Is busy and buzzy on a Saturday afternoon. Some are still savouring the end of a long lunch, while a few families arrive for early dinner.
On the stereo: The Police and other jaunty reggae-rock numbers.
It smells: Divine. Thanks to the never-ending stream of deliciousness heading out of the kitchen. It will take all your will power not to order a cheeky pork bun on the side.
