Two former members of Guns N' Roses have sued frontman Axl Rose, accusing him of an attempt to bilk them out of their copyright dues.
The suit filed by Slash and Duff accused Rose of diverting US$500,000 ($722,220) a year by getting all their publishing royalties sent to his company, bypassing the band's other partners.
His attorney said the overpayment was due to a clerical error and Rose had returned the extra funds.
