Top tip
Ditch the white eyeliner. Applying nude eyeliner to your waterline looks natural and does the trick just as well.
How to highlight
Highlighting can completely transform your face, if it's done well. We asked M.A.C's New Zealand national artist, Kiekie Stanners, for advice.
"You can create radiant, luminous skin by precisely highlighting the face to give a defined radiant effect, rather than too much sparkle," she says.
"Apply strobing cream with your fingertips over the top of your preferred skincare. Concentrate on the high planes of the face - on the tops of the cheekbones and down the centre of the face before applying foundation. The luminous reflect will shine through, giving you a natural glow.
"Then sweep a highlighter over the same areas of your face to intensify the luminous effect over your foundation. Finish by applying a strobing powder with a soft powder brush and gently touch the highest area of the cheekbone and the bridge of the nose to reflect the natural light."

The Sans Nourishing Hair Wash and Nourishing Hair Hydrant products smell and feel so good. I use minimal beauty products and I like them to be as natural and "light" as possible.
