A Melbourne influencer has burst into tears after being accused of editing her workout videos to make her waist look "smaller".
Chloe Roberts said she was "really upset and angry" after a clip of her working out was shared to an Instagram account dedicated to calling out influencers for questionable behaviour.
Celeb Spellcheck had shared a clip of the young model lifting weights that many of its followers then wrongly accused of being edited.
However, the 21-year-old has fiercely denied the allegations, taking to Instagram Stories in floods of tears to explain the weird "glitch".
"I'm really upset, as someone's trying to rip me down," she said through tears.
"It's actually putting me in jeopardy here, as it's something I've worked so bloody hard on.
"I literally take videos on my camera all the time. I can show you videos on my camera to prove to you that I never have ever edited my body. It puts my reputation in jeopardy."
Chloe went on to explain the issue was down to an error with the iPhone 13 when it switches automatically between lenses.
"The iPhone 13 does glitch when you're going in and out of ultra wide to not ultra wide," she said. "So I'm really angry that people are thinking that's the case."
The influencer, who has more than 307,000 followers on Instagram and more than 530,000 on TikTok said she could "understand" the confusion but showed off her waist on camera to "prove" it wasn't true.
"I can understand by watching the video, it probably looks like that, but I'm standing here right now showing you my waist," she stressed.
"I don't need to [edit]. That's just the truth. It is what it is."
The uproar over Chloe's video began when followers of Instagram page @Celeb Spellcheck mocked the young model's video, speculating she had used "body editing software".
