Artists combine for auction to keep out the cold

Ten jackets customised by top artists will be auctioned at St Matthews in the City at 7pm tomorrow.

The jackets express the work of the Auckland City Mission and how people are affected by marginalisation.

Artists include Sheyne Tuffery, Gene Kirkpatrick, The Wilderness, Enu Sirikige and Juria Chuah aka Shorty, of Auckland; Mephisto Jones, Peter Kelk and PO-MO, of Wellington; Dust, of Christchurch and Sam Robertson, of Dunedin.

Proceeds will go toward the Auckland City Mission's Winter Appeal - but it's an invite-only event.
