Aragorn

Aragorn (Viggo Mortensen): chief of the Dunedain or remnants of the nobility of the north, he first appears to the hobbits as a mysterious travel-worn stranger in an inn at Bree.

But beneath the dark cloak is the heir of Isildur, ready to reclaim his kingdom in Gondor to the south. He bears the broken sword of Elendil, Narsil, which is reforged and renamed as Anduril.
