Annulment on cards for Kidman

Nicole Kidman has been told a church annulment of her marriage to Tom Cruise is likely, paving the way for her to remarry in the Catholic Church.

Kidman could marry in Sydney later this year. A source said Kidman's family had already held discussions with a Catholic priest about her wedding to New Zealand-born country singer and compatriot Keith Urban.

"The date hasn't been set, although June or July have been mentioned as possibilities," the source said.

The celebrity couple were spotted in Nashville on Wednesday, walking hand-in-hand. But a spokeswoman for Kidman said reports of the couple's forthcoming nuptials was "nonsense".
