There are five aircraft in Flamingo Air's fleet and one private plane is specially reserved for its X-rated "flights of fancy", which cost $US425 ($600) for a one-hour flight, on which sexed-up couples can hook up to their hearts' content.

As the airline's president David MacDonald told news.com.au: "Our passengers never land in a fully upright position."
There are no flight attendants and the pilot wears headphones for the couple's privacy - although the pilots do occasionally cop a thwack in the back of the head from a wayward limb or flying cork.
Whilst it offers none of the naughty thrill of a clandestine meeting in the lavatory, Flamingo Air does aim for comfort, with privacy curtains, a cushioned bed and plush blanket.
"It is cute as can be," MacDonald told news.com.au.
"We remove the entire centre row of seats and fill it with big fluffy cushions.
"Passengers get champagne, chocolates and a very discreet pilot. It is something really fun to do with someone special."
MacDonald said Flamingo Air was the only company that provided this service as a fulltime operation. He said it was popular with adult couples of all ages, and usually booked for special occasions, such as birthdays, engagements and Valentine's Day.
Flamingo Air has even hosted a handful of midair weddings, complete with a priest on board.
Women are typically the ones making the bookings, the airline said.
MacDonald has faced some fresh competition from an airline out of Las Vegas called Love Cloud, which spruiks the "mile-high club" angle and attracts customers from as far as Europe, China and even Australia.
But Flamingo's focus on romance, rather than erotic fantasy, is perhaps what has made it palatable in Cincinnati, on the outskirts of America's Bible Belt.
MacDonald said many of his customers were, in fact, "very straitlaced".
"(They) show up and you think they came from the Young Republicans Club," he said.
Flamingo Air operates about three romantic flights per week and is actually a fairly small part of MacDonald's business, which also includes a flight school and professional drone operating training.
