Her attitude towards food changed three years ago when she was diagnosed with a terminal brain condition, hepatic encephalopathy, which is linked to cirrhosis of the liver.
She continued: "So a few years ago when I found out I was terminal, I decided to indulge in my guilty little secret, and eat as much as I possibly could. I want to gain. Break records. Leave behind something historic. My weight gain, weight loss, and weight stagnation are all beyond my control.
"Given that I only eat if, and when someone chooses to feed me, my weight is entirely at the whim of the feedism community. Hopefully I get fed enough to reach my goal. My job is as a web model and video star. Many of my fans watch because they like the fact I keep growing. I've gained almost 21-and-a-half-stone in three years."
The current record for the heaviest living woman is 286kg and the current record for heaviest ever woman is 539kg.
Due to only eating when a feeder provides her with food, Lilith never knows what she is going to eat in a day.
Lilith hit back at people who might criticise her lifestyle and spoke out about body positivity.
"You can't use my health as a reason, because I'm dying in a few years anyway," she said. "You can't use state assistance as a reason because I'm not on it. You can't use my looks as a reason because I'm seen as a goddess to loads of people out there. So there are no valid reasons to complain, just admit you don't like fat people.
"A lot more people are into BBW (Big Beautiful Women) and SSBBW (Super-Sized Big Beautiful Women) than you think. Most just keep it to themselves. There are millions out there who'd love to look like you, or date you."
