Teachers will be seeing double this week as 15 sets of twins start school in just one region in Scotland.
In the area of Inverclyde, which has a population of just over 82,000, there must be something in the water, as the twins joining local school rolls this year brings the total to 80 sets of twins in primary schools across the region.
And while 15 may sound like a record number, last year saw 19 pairs enrolled in the area.
In what's become a local tradition, each year's newly enrolled twins are brought together for a photograph ahead of their first school term.
