At the Streetwise Coffee Franchisee conference held in Napier, Pauline Boothby and Gerry Evangelista, owners of a Streetwise Coffee outlet in Paraparaumu, located by Pak 'n Save Kapiti, in Rimu Rd, received the top award - 2016 Franchisee of the Year.
"Both Gerry and I were so overwhelmed at being the recipient of the award and we would like to thank our wonderful staff for always providing awesome service with a smile, our fantastic team at HQ for all the help and guidance they give us and of course, our loyal customers," Pauline said.
The criteria covers all aspects including turnover and systems, several mystery shops and customer service and satisfaction.
Otaki-based Streetwise now operates 18 coffee carts from Hamilton in the north to Porirua in the south.
