Toi moko on way home from Scotland

The Marischal Museum at the University of Aberdeen is giving up some of its 80,000 Maori exhibits, the BBC reported yesterday.

Nine tattooed preserved heads - known as toi moko - are among the artefacts being returned to New Zealand, and will initially be kept at Te Papa museum in Wellington.
