A Bay of Plenty-born man has been killed while patrolling the icy roads of Afghanistan for a British security company - devastating his Te Puke family and leaving behind three children.
Kelly Clark, 51, died in a road accident on December 9.
His body is now being flown back from Afghanistan and is expected to arrive at the family marae next week.
