Labour MPs are making their annual pilgrimage to Ratana Church celebrations in the Rangitikei today.
A group of around 20 will show up this morning, after deciding not to attend at the same time as National';s contingent.
John Key led a group of his MPs to the event on Friday.
Labour leader Phil Goff says his party wants to focus on its relationship with Ratana, rather than politics.
Mr Goff says Labour's relationship with Ratana is an ongoing one and there is a strong desire on both sides to strengthen the relationship.
The Maori Party is also expected to make an appearance at Ratana at some stage.
