With just three days until New Zealand goes to the polls, Local Focus spoke to people in the Bay of Plenty region of Pirirakau, to ask 'if you were to vote today, who would you vote for and why?'
The largely Māori community of Pirirakau favoured both Labour and the Māori Party, with particular emphasis on a change of government and the need for kaupapa Māori to flourish.
Across Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty there are 11 advanced polling booths open, where people can vote before this weekend.
And for those yet to enrol, it isn't too late. They can enrol when making an early vote.
