Rotorua police say they hold "grave" fears for a 14-year-old girl who has been missing for five weeks.
Yesterday they issued an urgent appeal for information on the whereabouts of Bernadette Woods, a Maori, of small to medium build, and 165cm tall.
Detective Lehi Hohaia said police and family held grave concerns for her safety because of the length of time she had been missing.
