KEY POINTS:
What are you doing to make a difference?
I try to be conscious of the little things because I believe they all add up. An example is running the tap only when I really need to while brushing my teeth. Also, I never litter - I hate that.
Obviously, as a surfer, I'm very conscious of the ocean. If I see any rubbish on the beach or in the sea I try and do my bit and put it in the bin.
What more could you do?
Walk to the dairy instead of drive. Save water as much as I can. Pick up rubbish. Recycle. And educate others. Surfers tend to be the first to be aware of damage in coastal areas.
We have a responsibility to lead.
What is your biggest environmental sin?
Not recycling enough ... but I'm gonna get better, I promise!
Global warming - man or nature?
The jury's still out.
But does it matter?
We've all got a responsibility. Taking care of the planet is in all of our interests.
