Zara Larsson's hilarious tweet earns her a boyfriend

If anyone ever tells you to stop publicly fawning over your favourite celebrities, you should show them this story as proof that sometimes a little fangirling actually works.

Swedish pop star Zara Larsson, who has graced Australian radio with hits like Lush Life and Symphony, took to Twitter in November 2015 to obsess over Brian H. Whittaker - a male model she is now dating.

Posting two photos of the gorgeous man, Larsson hilariously captioned the pics, "Who are you, where do you live, how old are you, why are you so fine, how do you like your eggs cooked in the morning?"

And today, the 19-year-old singer poked fun at herself by sharing a loved-up photo on Instagram of the pair and writing, "He likes his eggs scrambled".

The pair's relationship appears to be relatively fresh but despite that, they aren't shy about posting their love for each other on social media.

And Larsson's fans also caught on to the fangirling-turned-real relationship with one of her superfans declaring she'd "won the game".
