A woman has been hospitalised after being bitten by a monkey at the Gold Coast Studios where the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie is being filmed.
The woman, aged in her mid-50s, was taken to Allamanda Private Hospital in a stable condition after the monkey bit her on the ear at the Village Roadshow Studios around midday.

It's not clear if the woman was working on the Johnny Depp movie.
