Local drum'n'bass promoters The Mashup Mafia are doing their bit for
those in need this Christmas. This Thursday they have brought over British DJ/producer Futurebound and will be donating all proceeds to the Auckland City Mission. Along with Matrix, Futurebound released American Beauty this year. Also on the bill is a host of local DJ talent and MC King Kapisi. Dance for a good cause.

Auckland band Luger Boa come out swinging with their album Mutate Or
Die. The album release show is tonight at the Auckland Boxing association Stadium, and the gig is preceded by two three-round bouts of mixed martial arts. Lead by former D4 frontman Jimmy Christmas, Luger Boa are on the rise, with a set at Big Day Out locked in.

As a result of the Aotea Square construction project, December 24 will be the last chance to enjoy the markets before they close down.
