KEY POINTS:
Beleaguered singer Amy Winehouse is showing all the signs of someone in deep emotional turmoil.
Wino's panic stricken parents called the emergency services yesterday after they feared she might harm herself or "do something silly".
The Daily Mail reports that Amy's parents alerted police and ambulance crews due to their concern over her mental state.
An ambulance was sent to Amy's East London flat, but she was nowhere to be seen. She reportedly arrived home later in the evening and couldn't understand what all the fuss was about.
A source said: "Amy's family are petrified she'll do something stupid. They know she's very low at the moment and misses Blake terribly.
"They were trying to reach her on the phone yesterday evening and they were also trying the flat in Hackney where she's been staying but they couldn't get in touch with her.
"They immediately feared the worst and called an ambulance and police to go and check on her. But thankfully Amy showed up and was fine."
Meanwhile, Wino was in tears yesterday when she was refused permission to see her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil - who's in prison for an allegedly perverting the course of justice.
Why? Because his mummy had already taken the only visiting order available for that day.
It's over
More sordid details are emerging about the shady plastic surgeon that operated on Kanye West's mother.
TMZ is on a mission to unearth as much dirt on Dr. Jan Adams as possible, and their efforts have so far paid off.
With a scalpel-like precision the website has revealed yet more damning information.
Dr. Jan Adams allegedly physically assaulted his ex-wife, according to a restraining order that TMZ has in its possession.
Susie Field, former wife of film producer Ted Field, claimed that on November 23, 2006, Dr. Adams became agitated when she took a phone call, and he demanded to know who she was speaking to.
An argument ensued and according to the document, Dr. Adams was yelling, "I'm going to f**king kill you. I'm going to beat you. You need to be beaten."
Susie claims Dr. Adams then "swung his right closed fist at my face...he attacked me," adding, [Dr. Adams] grabbed me with one arm and threw me toward the bed. I struck the bed and fell onto the floor."
A judge granted the restraining order on November 28, 2006. Susie filed for divorce two days later.
Talk about muck-slinging - this is positively free range dirt.

I so do
Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo has married in secret.
The quirky actress has bagged herself her own McDreamy by walking up the aisle to wed fiance Chris Ivery last Friday.
Pompeo's father spoke to People.com: "I'm very happy for her," she said. "She just didn't want a big thing."
Ellen's rep said, "They are over the moon."
The pair wed at New York City's City Hall.
That's all a bit sudden. Shotgun wedding, perhaps? No wonder papa's so happy.
