Taylor Swift has won countless awards but has never reacted to a win quite like how she did at the iHeartRadio Awards.

The 25-year-old country-pop crossover artist had a bit of a freak out when she exaggeratedly screamed and flailed her arms with Justin Timberlake, who was the ceremony's prestigious Innovator Award honouree.

The rumoured girlfriend of Calvin Harris shimmered under the bright lights dressed in her glittery frock as she shared a funny moment before picking up the Best Lyrics trophy for her hit Blank Space.

Swift turned heads on the red carpet donning a sleeveless KAUFMANFRANCO dress and showing off her ivory complexion through the side cut-outs.

The multi-award winning singer accentuated her long legs with a pair of strappy black Tamara Mellon shoes to match her dress.

She wore her blonde bob in loose curls and accessorized her look with rings by Rachel Katz and Porter Lyons.

At the music bash, Swift picked up the first award of the night for Best Lyrics.

She beat out John Legend, Sam Smith and BFF Ed Sheeran as Jane The Virgin star Gina Rodriguez announced the winner.

Upon hearing her name, Swift freaked out while sitting at an A-list table of stars including Snoop Dogg, Hailee Steinfeld, Ryan Seacrest and Justin Timberlake, who helped her rejoice over the win.

Swift energetically closed her eyes and squealed as Timberlake pretended to accept the honor for her.

During her speech, Swift referenced the recent incident in which SAT test tutorial company Princeton Review misprinted the lyric to her one of her songs.

Later in the night, the blonde beauty was spotted having a great time with Hailee and Fifth Harmony member Camila Cabello.
