Vinny or Jionni - who fathered Snooki's baby?

Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino was worried that he fathered Snooki's baby.

The 24-year-old former party girl - real name Nicole Polizzi - is expecting her first child with fiance Jionni LaVelle, but after she enjoyed a brief fling with her fellow cast member on the MTV reality show, Vinny was worried he could have fathered the tot.

Jersey Shore's Pauly D joked: "He's counting the months. At first he was, but then he's like, 'It's no way in the world, it's no way. It's gotta be Jionni's. It's gotta be.'

"Aw, man, congratulations Vinny!"

The 31-year-old DJ - real name Paul DelVecchio - vowed to "spoil" Snooki's tot and even wants to be in the delivery room when she gives birth.

Pauly added in an interview with MTV News: "I'm real excited. I love babies! I love everything about them, when they're not yours. So I'll take care of it, spoil it and then when it's crying, give it back to Snooki.

"She's excited. She loves it. She's always wanted kids. I want to be at the delivery room."

Snooki discovered she was pregnant at the beginning of the year and was initially worried because she had been drinking on New Year's Eve, unaware she was expecting.

She told US Weekly magazine: "We found out right after New Year's. My first thought was, 'S**t, I've been drinking!' I was worried. It was New Year's Eve and we were in Vegas, so I did go crazy."
