So not sure what to say about this piece other then I love this track and this has been an inspired project for me. I truly hope the images are watchable and make the music feel as deep as I felt it while working on the video.
This music video is homage to my early 1990s New York City avant-garde film roots. I felt a lot of passion and expression and moodiness from this song, so I wanted to express it with simple and honest images that expressed the emotion of the lyrics and sound in an organic way.
We are fans of early Depeche Mode and their black and white videos.
For me this video in its avant-garde style is an amalgamation of Boh's sexiness, 400 litres of molasses, the interpretive passionate dance, Tiki's warrior skin, Dick Johnson's awesome dub sounds and my inspired visions triggered by Shadows.
