Victoria Beckham is reportedly set to have surgery on her feet to remove her bunions.
The former Spice Girl is said to be in constant pain and is now considering going under the knife to get rid of the growths.
She said: "I always wear stilettos but they have given me awful feet. I hate my feet, they are the most disgusting thing about me."
A source close to the singer told the Mail on Sunday newspaper: "Victoria has had enough of having bad feet and has made some early-stage enquiries about having her rather unpleasant bunions removed."
Bunions - a deformity of the big toe joint which grows at an angle to the foot - can become very problematic if they are not treated and Victoria has previously admitted her feet are in poor condition.
Meanwhile, Victoria is being lined up as a cheerleader for husband David's new soccer team.
The handsome athlete makes his debut for the Los Angeles Galaxy next month after signing a multi-million pound five-year deal, and bosses are said to want Victoria to help entertain the crowds before the big match.
They were said to have been impressed with her performance at Hollywood's Dodger Stadium, where she wore an LA Dodgers jacket, tiny white shorts and white high-heeled trainers to throw pitches at the team.
A source said: "Victoria looked amazing at the Dodger Stadium. Fans went wild for her - and everyone's been talking about her great legs. Galaxy bosses didn't fail to notice what an impact she made."
