"He was screaming out, 'Somebody get me a glove! I'm going to do a Michael Jackson impression!'
"He would just randomly walk up to you and hug you. He was just really friendly and there were just really random naked hugs. It was funny," adding that the evening was "not like an orgy going on, it was just sexy naked. It was like almost a game".
She continued: "He was trying to get everybody to get naked. That was the whole point of him being naked. He was pressing his body up against the window and saying, 'Look at me Vegas' because he's got this huge window and you can see all of Vegas down the strip.
"Just pressing up against the window like, 'Look at me Vegas, these are the royal jewels'."
Reichert also claims she shared a smooch with the royal.
"We kissed, he was naked at the time and pretty open. It was a drunken fumble. It wasn't romantic, just fun."
"He grabbed my hand and we went back to his room. There was not much talking at that time, his clothes were off. I had a string bikini on. I had a party dress over that and it came off," she claimed.
Adding, "We kissed for 15 to 20 minutes. I'm sure somebody stumbled in as there were people going in and out of rooms all the time. We kissed again and he said, 'That was great.'
"He told me I was beautiful and gorgeous, which was sweet. Then we kind of nonchalantly returned to the party and kept drinking."
She also claims she witnessed Harry hugging the nude girl in that snap.
"I saw the girl, there was just a lot of hugging and maybe some kissing. Just a lot of laughing ... she was kind of shy and very timid," Reichert shared. "I didn't catch her name as we were all drinking. She was an American girl. She was very slender, really cute and pretty, kind of shy and she also seemed really drunk."
Reichert also told The People: "I understand he is royalty and his family looks on it harshly and as a royal you have to conduct yourself a certain way, but he was having fun.
"He should not be ashamed of the pictures. I feel sad he has to suffer people's opinions but it will pass."
'He insists that this girl was not there'
But a royal source has since called cobblers on Reichert's tabloid kiss-and-tell, according to the Mirror, insisting she was not among the guests in Harry's suite.
"Harry is furious about these claims and wants it to be known that they are false. He says this girl was not there on the night of the party," the source told the newspaper.
"The Palace have been braced for claims like this. It's no surprise that people will come forward and say they were in Harry's suite, but he insists that this girl was not there that night."
Last week it was claimed that Harry has been dumped by his girlfriend over his antics in Sin City.
Model and heiress Cressida Bonas, 23 - who was first linked to the royal in July - reportedly told friends that she felt "humiliated" when nude snaps of the royal emerged, so she gave him the boot.
A pal told the Sunday Mirror: "Harry has blown it. Cressida saw a future with Harry but then he went and embarrassed her like he did in Vegas.
"He clearly isn't as serious about her as he had claimed to be in Necker and it's highly embarrassing. He's ruined his chances now. She's humiliated."
'Let's not talk about that here'
Prince Harry joked about his naked shenanigans at a charity event in London on Monday - his first official public appearance since the scandal broke two weeks ago.
The royal attended the WellChild Awards in London on Monday (local time) as part of his role as Patron of the charity, which helps seriously ill children and their families throughout the United Kingdom.
Although he didn't refer to the nude snaps scandal directly, he jokingly alluded to it during his speech.
"All of you, children, families, nurses, doctors, carers, volunteers are quite frankly too remarkable for me adequately to describe with mere words," he said.
"But never one to be shy in coming forward, I'll give it a go," he added, before the audience cheered and gave him a round of applause.
Harry also resorted to a little lighthearted finger-wagging at six-year-old Alex Logan to deter him from mentioning his Vegas escapades.
The youngster had earlier promised on ITV News that he planned to say, "I'm glad you've got your clothes on Prince Harry!" upon meeting the royal at the event.
"Harry said to Alex 'you keep looking up at your mum, looks like your dying to say something but you know she will tell you off," Logan's mum Debbie said, People reports.
"'I heard you were on ITV earlier, you said something cheeky, let's not talk about that here'."
