Usher's ex-wife wants the superstar stripped of joint custody of their children.
Tameka Raymond - who had two children with Usher during their two year marriage - claims the singer has repeatedly blown off his legal obligations as a co-parent.
According to court documents obtained by website TMZ, Usher has repeatedly failed to obtain Raymond's permission to travel outside the US with their children, which he's legally obligated to do.
Raymond also alleges the singer has failed to get her approval before hiring nannies, give her first shot to watch the children when he is away for more than eight hours, allow her to take the kids for two weeks in the summer of 2011or to let her have custody of the kids during Christmas break 2010 - all of which he is legally obligated to do.
Usher had also allegedly promised to pay Raymond US$5000 per month to hire a nanny for their children. The singer has not paid Raymond in months, and now allegedly owes her up to US $34,000.
