Usher's ex-wife doesn't blame him for their son's recent near drowning accident.
But Tameka Foster is still "angry" that their eldest son, Usher Raymond V, five, almost died after his hand got stuck in the drain of a swimming pool at the singer's home in Atlanta, Georgia, on August 5.
The former celebrity stylist, who lost custody of their sons, Usher V, and Naviyd, four, last year after a bitter battle, told Good Morning America on Wednesday: "I was mad because I was like, 'How did this happen? Who was watching him? Why was my son under water for nearly 3 minutes?' "
Tameka insisted she doesn't hate her ex-husband, who she split from in 2009 after two years of marriage, or blame him for the incident.
She said: "Absolutely not, no. He is the father of my children, and I love my kids more than life itself."
