Usher is selling the home he allows his ex-wife to live at.
The Numb singer has listed his Georgia mansion for $3.2 million, which means his former spouse Tameka Foster will be evicted from the property.
According to TMZ, Usher's lawyer informed Foster of his intention to sell the home - which he bought in 2007 when they were engaged - in September.
The R&B star had allowed her to live at the home with their two sons, Usher Raymond V, four, and Naviyd, three, as part of their 2009 divorce settlement.
But now Usher has sole custody of the youngsters he wants the money the property is worth and feels he has given his ex-wife enough time to make other living arrangements.
