A US Politician has been left red-faced after appearing to let out a loud fart right in the middle of a live television interview.
California Democrat Eric Swalwell was being interviewed live on MSNBC's Hardball by reporter Chris Matthews and was speaking about impeaching President Trump when the alleged farting incident occurred.
"So far the evidence is uncontradicted that the president used taxpayer dollars to help him cheat …" he says before pausing mid-sentence, which is when the fart-like noise is heard.
He then finishes his sentence, "an election. And the complaint that I've heard from Republicans …".
