A screening of a new film starring Anton Yelchin is going ahead as planned in Auckland tonight, after the actor's sudden death in a car accident.
The 27-year-old Star Trek star died in a freak accident when he was pinned between his car and a brick letterbox at his home in Studio City, Los Angeles.

Yelchin's new film Green Room, in which he plays a punk rocker terrorised by neo-Nazis when a concert goes wrong, debuts in Auckland tonight as part of the New Zealand International Film Festival programme launch.
