Kiwi '80s metal fans get ready, The Cult are returning to New Zealand.
The gothic rockers known for songs like She Sells Sanctuary and Fire Woman are set to perform two shows later this year. They'll play the Dunedin Town Hall on November 19 and the Logan Campbell Centre in Auckland on November 21.
This tour will showcase songs from the band's 10th album Hidden City, an album The Cult's front man Ian Astbury describes as "a metaphor for our spiritual lives, our intimate interior lives. There is no higher authority than the heart".
Tickets are on sale from September 12, with presale tickets available for Fanclub members from September 6 and My Live Nation members from September 7. For more information visit thecult.us and livenation.co.nz.
Also heading for New Zealand's shores is Beautiful Girls hitmaker Sean Kingston.
