Two high-profile Americana singer-songwriters will be heading to Auckland for shows in the coming months.
Ryan Bingham, who came to prominence with the Oscar-winning song The Weary Kind he penned for the Jeff Bridges country music movie Crazy Heart is returning for a show at the Great Pacific Tuning Fork on Wednesday, April 20.
He's touring off the back of his acclaimed latest album Fear and Saturday Night and will be playing the Tuning Fork show in "semi-acoustic mode".
Also returning with her band to the same venue (which is part of the Vector Arena complex) on Thursday, March 24 is Eilen Jewell.
Last here in 2012, the Idaho singer-songwriter has released five albums since 2006 debut Boundary County and heads here following the release of 2015's Sundown Over Ghost Town
