A number of international acts have also announced 2015 shows this week. Veteran Californian rockers Counting Crows are heading our way on Tuesday, April 14 for a performance at the Civic Theatre in Auckland. Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, December 3 at 10am.
Meanwhile South Carolina folk rockers Shovels & Rope are coming to Auckland for their first New Zealand show at the Tuning Fork on Wednesday March 11. The husband and wife duo won Emerging Artist of the Year at the 2013 Americana Music Awards, for their debut album O Be Joyful. Tickets go on sale next Thursday at 10am.
And fellow southern troubadour Shakey Graves, the moniker for the one-man band of Alejandro Rose-Garcia, is also coming to the Tuning Fork next year, performing on Saturday February 28. Tickets are also on sale at 10am on Thursday.
