Tool have announced a second New Zealand show after experiencing "overwhelming" demand for tickets from Kiwi fans.
Tickets to the art metal band's first show at Vector Arena on May 8 went on sale this morning.
A rush of sales prompted promoters to announce a second show at the same venue on the following day.
The shows will be their first concerts the band have performed in New Zealand since playing North Shore Events Centre in April, 2001, in support of their third album Lateralus.
The band will take a break from recording their fifth album, the follow-up to 2006's 10,000 Days, to tour New Zealand and Australia and support Black Sabbath at Ozzfest in Japan.
