US comedienne Tina Fey is reportedly working on a film about card counting.
The comedy writer and actress, who is about to appear alongside her comedy companion Amy Poehler in the film Sisters, will star in and produce the film.
Fey came up with the idea after reading a 2013 Good Housekeeping article You Bet! written by Ruth Palmer, according to theTrackingBoard.com.
The article described Palmer's own experience of playing blackjack with her friends to help earn extra money during the 2008 recession.
In a case of art-imitating-life, the film will follow three friends who get lessons from a card-counting expert and head to Atlantic City to put their new found skills to use.
