KEY POINTS:
A third Justin Timberlake concert has just been announced- but fans will have to wait an extra month for it.
The much anticipated FutureSex/LoveShow tour due to come to New Zealand at the end of October has been postponed until November.
The concerts, originally scheduled for October 23 and 24 have been moved to November 23 and 24, with the third new show taking place on the 26th.
Existing tickets are still valid for the new dates and anyone who cannot attend the show will be given a full refund.
Timberlake strained his voice as a result of his performance at MTV's Video Music Awards in Las Vegas and from months of touring, Jive Records said in a statement.
A doctor has ordered Timberlake to rest his voice for several days, forcing the 26-year-old singer to miss shows in Sacramento, California, and San Jose, California.
The two shows at Auckland's Vector Arena sold out in 10 minutes when they went on sale last month.
Presale internet tickets for the third show go on sale Wednesday September 19 at 2pm, with the rest being released on Monday September 24 at 9am.
Timberlake's latest album, FutureSex/LoveSounds, which came out last year and won album of the year at the Grammys, has sold more than 40,000 copies in New Zealand.
The postponed date may come as a bit of a blow for those who had already paid for flights and accommodation.
