She explains to the magazine that she believed Thicke couldn't care less what his wife thought and that he even encouraged Scolaro to speak to Patton.
"I don't think he cared what she thought," she told the magazine. "I was with him the whole night ... His hands were everywhere."
A representative for Patton has since spoken out about the claims, telling Life & Style that Scolaro is an "attention" seeker.
"It's just a girl looking for some attention. Paula and Robin aren't concerned," the statement reads.
In her interview with Life & Style, Scolaro explains that she had travelled to the VMAs party in a car with both Thicke and Patton.
After she emerged from a bathroom inside the hotel suite, she says she and Thicke began kissing on the couch.
"I went to the bathroom, and when I came out he was standing there," she explains.
"He turned off the lights so no one could see us, and he started making out with me. He was grabbing me. He was like, 'I want to get you into bed'."
Scolaro says that the pair did not go any further because they were continuously getting "interrupted".
She says that the singer then gave her his number and told her he would see her at the upcoming New York Fashion Week.
Scolaro claims that she and Thicke had met a week before the awards ceremony at a mutual friend's party, and when he approached her at the VMAs after party he told her: "I just love the fact that you're so young."
Ever since that night, Thicke has been the center of scrutiny after he was photographed grabbing Scolaro's bottom.
The Instagram snap in question shows him groping her backside in a particularly inappropriate manner - a moment captured thanks to the giant mirror behind them.
